Fees paid for exams or services on Anviksh are generally non-refundable.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

• Payment is deducted but exam registration is not completed.
• If the exam is cancelled by Anviksh, a full refund will be provided within 7-14 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• The user misses the exam.
• Incorrect details are submitted during registration.
• The user violates exam rules or platform policies.
• The exam has been successfully conducted but the user faces issues from their side, including internet connectivity problems, device or hardware failure, browser issues, power outages, or any other technical difficulties.

4. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and a compatible device before starting the exam.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
